All prices on www.weareroar.com.au are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and GST inclusive. SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. No exchange or refund on sale items.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
Roar offers free shipping on all domestic online orders. International shipping rate still applies.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post. Orders are despatched within 2 business days between Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Please allow an estimated shipping time of 2-10 business days for your order. Once despatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information for your reference.
In the event that an ordered item is not available, the customer will be notified within two business days via email to arrange an agreeable alternative, credit or refund.
If you require express/next day delivery, we can happily organise this for you. However this shipping method will incur a fee. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote if you would like your order despatched urgently.
INTERNATIONAL: A flat rate international shipping fee of $50 applies. Orders will be shipped via Registered International post. Roar cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.
All international exchange or return postage costs are at the expense of the customer.
Please note Roar will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during any shipping process for both local and international.
Roar online offers an ‘In store Pick-up’ option which enables our customers to collect orders purchased online from our flagship store located at Shop 2, 15 Surf Road, Cronulla, 2230, NSW Australia.
Roar will gladly exchange or raise a credit note if your online purchase is not quite right. We will not refund for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
If you wish to exchange your order, please contact us ASAP - email@example.com for an RA number. Once your return has been authorized, please post back to Roar: Shop 2, 15 Surf Road, Cronulla, 2230, NSW Australia.
All domestic returns must be sent back to Roar within 7 days from date of order.
All international returns must be sent back to Roar within 21 days from date of order.
All exchange or return postage costs are at the expense of the customer for both local and international.

eWAY is recognized as safe and secure means of collecting payments online. All online credit card transactions using the eWAY gateway at Roar are secure payments.
Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Roar or any outside party.
All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data. eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
In order to use the Roar website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regards to sales and support. Any information collected by Roar is collected via correspondence from you or your company.
USE OF COLLECTION INFORMATION
Details collected from Roar customers are required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.
ACCESS TO COLLECTED INFORMATION

STORAGE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you.
