Embla Unikko Placement T-Shirt Black Off-White

The Embla t-shirt has a relaxed fit and it features the Unikko placement print pattern in the front. Made partly from textiles recovered from our leftover fabric and cutting waste, the main material of the Embla T-shirt contains at least 25% recycled cotton-linen fibers regenerated from the production waste. The product also contains 75% organic cotton.

The products are created in collaboration with Rester. This Finnish company enables the recovery of business textiles into new fiber and high-quality raw materials.

Unikko (poppy), symbolizing creativity, was born in a time when hardly any floral designs were included in Marimekko’s collections. Maija Isola, however, was fascinated by the theme of flowers and decided to create an entire range of novel floral prints.

Silhouette: Straight

Length of product in size S/38: 71.00 cm

Main Material: 98 % Cotton, 2 % Linen

Shrinkage max. 6%. Follow the washing temperature given. Wash inside out. Do not add fabric conditioner. Reshape to dry. Iron on reverse side.
